Staff Technology Devices

HCPSS staff are provided with technology devices, as determined by their position and job duties.

Staff Technology Request

Staff who are not assigned a device but need one to complete their job duties should request approval to pick up a device by emailing their principal. The staff member should bring the email indicating their request has been approved to one of the Technology Support Centers listed below to pick up a device.

Staff Technology Support

Staff who are having trouble with HCPSS applications or devices should email TechSupport@hcpss.org with a detailed description of the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, the IT team may direct the staff member to the Technology Support Center to borrow a device while theirs is being repaired.

Exchanging or Returning a Device

Devices may be picked up, exchanged or returned at a Technology Support Center.
