Employee Prescription Coverage

CVS Caremark manages prescription benefits for HCPSS, providing affordable medication pricing, thousands of network pharmacies—including home delivery—and personalized support for you and your family. If you enroll in one of HCPSS’ three medical plans, you will automatically be enrolled in the CVS Caremark Pharmacy Plan.

Participating Pharmacies and Home Delivery

Review the list of participating national network retail pharmacies. The network includes all major chains and most independent pharmacies. Many independent pharmacies also take part in the prescription program.
Specialty Pharmacy provides specialty pharmacy services for patients with certain complex and chronic conditions.
CVS’ Mail Service Pharmacy provides members the option to have their medications delivered to them at home.

Performance Drug List

The CVS Caremark Performance Drug List is a guide that helps clients, plan members, and healthcare providers identify clinically appropriate and cost-effective medications within select therapeutic categories.

Copay Assistance

Prudent Rx is Copay Assistance Program that allows employees to get select specialty medications at no out- of-pocket cost for any covered specialty medication on our plan’s designated specialty drug list when you fill your prescription at CVS Specialty Pharmacy.
