To print the online calendar by month:
- Subscribe to the calendar/add the calendar to the personal online calendar of your choosing (Google, Outlook, etc.)
- From your personal calendar, check only the HCPSS calendar and follow your provider’s directions to print.
Subscribe to a Calendar
Users may subscribe to an HCPSS calendar in order to add it to your personal online calendar by completing the following:
- Right-click on a calendar below
- Select copy link location (shortcut or address)
- Add it to your calendar service
- Subscribe to the HCPSS Academic Calendar
- Subscribe to the Board of Education Calendar
- Subscribe to the A/B Day Calendar (middle and high school schedules)
- Subscribe to the Related Arts Color Calendar (elementary school schedules)

NOTE: Elementary school related arts colors are specific to each homeroom teacher; check with your school for a key.
2026-2027 Academic Calendar
The 2026-2027 academic calendar is available in the HCPSS online calendar (above). Directions on how to subscribe and print are available, and a print option from this page is forthcoming.

Emergency Closings
The HCPSS calendar may be adjusted in cases of emergencies, including inclement weather.
Please Note: This is for informational purposes only. The last day of school, including the use of inclement weather days, will be communicated toward the end of each school year.

Graduations
Class of 2027
The HCPSS Class of 2027 graduation ceremonies will be held at Merriweather Post Pavilion in the late spring of 2027. Confirmed dates and times are typically available in the early spring, once Merriweather finalizes its events schedule and provides HCPSS with specific dates for use.
Previous Commencement Ceremony Dates:
- Class of 2026: May 26-June 3 (no ceremonies May 27)
- Class of 2025: May 21-29 (no ceremonies May 23-26)
- Class of 2024: May 23-31 (no ceremonies May 27)
- Class of 2023: May 24-June 1 (no ceremonies May 26-29)
