Users may subscribe to an HCPSS calendar in order to add it to your personal online calendar by completing the following:
- Right-click on a calendar below
- Select copy link location (shortcut or address)
- Add it to your calendar service
- Subscribe to the HCPSS Academic Calendar
- Subscribe to the Board of Education Calendar
- Subscribe to the A/B Day Calendar (middle and high school schedules)
- Subscribe to the Related Arts Color Calendar (elementary school schedules)

Emergency Closings
The HCPSS calendar may be adjusted in cases of emergencies, including inclement weather.
Please Note: This is for informational purposes only. The last day of school, including the use of inclement weather days, will be communicated toward the end of each school year.

Graduations
Class of 2026
The window for HCPSS Class of 2026 graduations is May 18-June 4. Confirmed dates and times are typically available in the early spring, once Merriweather finalizes its events schedule and provides HCPSS with specific dates for use.
Previous Commencement Ceremony Dates:
- Class of 2025: May 21-29 (no ceremonies May 23-26)
- Class of 2024: May 23-31 (no ceremonies May 27)
- Class of 2023: May 24-June 1 (no ceremonies May 26-29)
- Class of 2022: May 26-June 3 (no ceremonies May 30)
