Survey ratings of operational responsiveness
By 2029, HCPSS will have implemented a feedback survey on operational responsiveness and set targets for a majority of staff survey responses to have favorable ratings regarding the responsiveness of staff in addressing operational items.
Equity commitment
HCPSS will disaggregate staff survey results by operational area (e.g., work tickets, food and nutrition, bus services) and by building to ensure positive experiences across HCPSS campuses.

Why was this measure selected?
HCPSS aims to build dynamic systems to help staff plan, allocate, and monitor resources to ensure safe and healthy environments that prioritize need and advance equitable outcomes. In alignment with this goal, HCPSS will establish transparent ways to report on customer satisfaction and task completion throughout the work of the Division of Operations.
