By 2029, HCPSS will establish a culture of continuous improvement, in which all schools, offices, and departments have plans aligned to the strategic plan vision and mission that are approved by leadership.

Each school, office, and department will develop plans that demonstrate a commitment to equity, innovation, and inclusivity to support the district in meeting the strategic plan goals.

Why was this measure selected?
HCPSS will continue to embrace the ongoing process of improving and refining this strategic plan. In order to ensure alignment across the system, each school, office, and department must commit to providing an innovative and accountable learning community for staff and students by removing barriers and fostering inclusive environments.
How were targets set?
This goal focuses on the successful implementation of a culture of continuous improvement toward establishing internal accountability structures. We aim to have 100% of schools, offices, and departments demonstrating this commitment.
