Staff engagement survey ratings

By 2029, HCPSS will have implemented a staff engagement survey and set targets for a majority of staff survey responses to have favorable ratings to items indicating that staff feel engaged and effective in their roles.

HCPSS will disaggregate staff survey results by role, building, and demographics to ensure positive experiences across staff groups.

Why was this measure selected?

Staff comments on the 2024 strategic plan input survey indicated a sense of decreased morale. HCPSS cares about staff well-being. We believe that staff can only be effective when they feel valued and are engaged.

How were targets set?

Targets for staff engagement survey results will be determined after baseline data are collected.
