Summer Work

Students may have an opportunity to begin working in the summer between their junior and senior year.

Apprenticeship Maryland Program

During My Apprenticeship Program – Year 1 (H3) School to Apprentice

  • Work Part-time 4 mornings per week
  • Complete a minimum of 450 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT)
  • Complete One Year of Lorien Related Instruction (RI)
  • Complete HCPSS graduation requirements (Math and English)

Graduation

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

  • $30,000–$40,000**
  • Earned High School Diploma
  • 450 Hours of OTJ Training
  • One Year of Related Instruction completed
  • CNA/GNA License
