Immunization Requirements
Students in Kindergarten through Grade 10
are now required to have the following immunizations in order to
attend school during the 2007-2008 school year.
- Hepatitis B vaccine (series
of 3 doses)
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
vaccine (1-2 does dependent on age) OR proof of Chickenpox
disease with month and year
