5th Annual AD/HD Awareness Event with Debbie Phelps

 Energetic and talented speaker Deborah Phelps will share her own experiences with learning and attention challenges and what she has learned as both a mother and educator. Phelps is an author, principal of Windsor Mill Middle School in Baltimore County, and mother of three including swimming champion Michael Phelps, who was diagnosed with AD/HD.
