Building Resilience: Workshop for Parents on How to Support your Child’s Emotional and Mental Health, March 30

Learn how youth and adolescents experience stress within today’s culture and how to use resilience to support your child’s social and emotional health and development. Attendees will receive mental health resources currently available within Howard County.

Getting Started: Self-Directed Services Workshop, April 19-20

The workshop, offered on both April 19th and 20th, is designed for parents of youth with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and in their last two years of high school, and will focus on steps for families to better understand self-directed services.
