Setting Canvas Notification Preferences
HCPSS has recently discovered some parents were not receiving email notifications from Canvas course “Announcements” or the “Conversations/Inbox” messaging tool. Notification preferences for all parents/observers have been set so that the “Announcements” and “Conversations” are set to “Notify me right away.” All other notification settings will remain in their current state and can be changed by the parent/observer at any time. New Parent Change Password Functionality
HCPSS has implemented new Parent Change Password functionality. After selecting HCPSS Connect Login, select Parent/Guardian Forgot Password. You will be sent an email with a link to change your password. The link will expire after 30 minutes.
