BSAP Summer Programs

At this time we are no longer accepting applications for the Summer Learning Camp or SEAL Programs.

We will look forward to your support of the 2010 BSAP Summer Program and wish you an enjoyable summer.

Black Student Achievement Program (BSAP) Elementary Summer Learning Camp

Camp This integrated program provides an exciting extended learning experience for students in reading and mathematics. Students will practice skills that are assessed on state tests and will also have opportunities to participate in a wide range of enrichment experiences.

Location: Ilchester ES

Dates:
June 29-July 24

Hours:
9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Meals:
Lunch and snack provided

Transportation:
Pre-determined bus stops

Tuition:
$475 (partial scholarships where available)

Registration:

  • Registration forms are available at the BSAP Office at the Faulkner Ridge Center, and at all HCPSS schools; Deadline is May 1, 2009.
  • On-site registration will be held at the Faulkner Ridge Center, 4-7 p.m., Wednesday, March 18; Thursday, March 19; and Wednesday, April 15.
  • On-site registration will also be held at Oakland Mills HS, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., Saturday, April 25.

Secondary BSAP Student Enrichment and Accelerating Achievement of Leadership (SEAL) Summer Program

This integrated program provides extended learning opportunities for selected Howard County middle and high school students. Students will practice skills that are assessed on state tests and will also have opportunities to participate in a wide range of enrichment experiences.
