Immunization Requirements

Immunization Requirements
Students in Grade 5 through Grade 9 are now required to have the following immunizations in order to attend school during the 2006-2007 school year.

Hepatitis B vaccine (series of 3 doses)
Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccine (1-2 does dependent on age) OR proof of Chickenpox disease with month and year
