Redistricting For 2014-15
Community Redistricting Meetings were held on May 15 and May 22, 2013. Input was collected at the meetings as well as online until May 31 and is in the process of being tabulated for a future report to the Board of Education. Thank you to all who participated!
Attendance Area Adjustment Process
If redistricting is planned, the attendance areas adjustment process for the HCPSS begins in the spring with the appointment of the Attendance Area Committee (AAC) by the Superintendent. The AAC reviews and comments on the attendance area plans. The AAC also reviews and comments on the current capital budget and Capital Improvement Plan in conjunction with anticipated redistricting. The AAC's input is taken into consideration when developing the Superintendent's Attendance Area Adjustment Recommendation.

SY 2013-14 Redistricting
The redistricting process for the 2013-14 school year began on June 14. The Office of School Planning presented the Board of Education (BOE) with the 2012 Feasibility Study. The study included a draft of the redistricting plans.
