Superintendent Congratulates International Parent Leadership Program Graduates and the Program's Founder
Tuesday, December 11 -- Superintendent Sydney Cousin attends a graduation ceremony for participants in the Internation Parent Leadership Program (IPLP) and honors program founder, Young-Chan Han, as she prepares to leave the HCPSS for a position with the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE).
