Current/Former Employee Access to 2017 Tax Documents

IRS Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement
All current and former HCPSS employees may access W-2 documents via Workday.
- Current employees – Instructions are available in the Workday Canvas Community (log in required)
- Retired and former employees – Instructions are available online
Please note that Workday will be unavailable Saturday, March 10 from 2-10 a.m. while mandatory updates are made.

IRS Form 1095-C, Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage
The Affordable Care Act requiers employers to mail a 1095-C Form to employees who were eligible to enroll in HCPSS health insurance plans. Employees will receive their 1095-C by the current federal deadline of March 2. The form is not required when filing 2017 tax returns.
