The Howard County Association of Counseling and Development (HCACD) would like to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the counseling profession through its annual Counselor of the Year and Advocate of the Year awards.
HCACD would like to recognize a counselor at each level as well as a counseling advocate for outstanding service and achievement.
