Academic Calendar Planning Committee Participants Needed

HCPSS invites citizens to take an active role in developing the 2016–2017 Academic Calendar. Community stakeholders serve a vital function on this committee by sharing diverse knowledge, experiences and perspectives and ensuring transparency at every stage of the calendar development process.

Members of this committee attend up to seven meetings from August to October to discuss and make recommendations to the Superintendent regarding the HCPSS academic school calendar for 2016–2017. Meetings will be held from 4–6 p.m. at the ARL Media Center, 10910 Clarksville Pike, Ellicott City, Maryland 21042 on August 26, September 2, September 9, September 21, October 1, October 7 and October 14, 2015. Participants are expected to attend and participate in all committee meetings.
