Blue Ocean Competition March 21

Saturday, March 21, 4:15-7:30 p.m.–Centennial High School, 4300 Centennial Ln, Ellicott City

The Maryland Blue Ocean Competition is the only student run, innovative business concept competition in the country. Thirty teams from high schools across the state will participate in the daylong event. Having generated innovative ideas for a business concept and created a very simple business plan, teams will present ideas to seasoned entrepreneurs, network, and compete for cash prizes.

The public is invited to attend the final presentation round, keynote speech by Renee Mauborgne (co-author of “Blue Ocean Strategy“), awards ceremony and awards reception–all beginning at 4:15 p.m.
