Photo ID Information

To obtain a Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) Photo ID, an employee must bring:

• A government-issued photo ID (license, employer ID, etc.)
  AND
• A document issued by the HCPSS that links an employee to a position at the school system (an employment offer, a salary/benefit statement, a pay stub, etc.)

Photos may be obtained at the Department of Education, 10910 Clarksville Pike (Route 108), Ellicott City.

Note: Employees in need of a reprint only using their current picture on file, may email Linda Bageant at linda_bageant@hcpss.org with the following information:

1. Employee name (also former name if an employee had a name change)
2. Position
3. Location
4. The last 4 digits of social security number

The ID badge will be forwarded to you via pony unless you note otherwise.
